Exhibitor Registration & Housing opens. 
You must register for an Exhibitor Badge to be eligible for a discounted room rate ranging from  $235 to $249 for a single/double + tax at an official Health Care Facilities Innovation Conference hotel. Hotel reservation links can be found in your registration confirmation email. 

Lead Retrieval licenses are available for purchase.

Exhibitor Services Manual distributed by The Expo Group to all primary contacts.

Discount Housing Deadline.
You must register for your exhibitor badge to reserve a discounted room and the official ASHE hotels. Hotel reservation links can be found in your registration confirmation e-mail 

Payments Due 

Your full payment must be received by ASHE regardless of your contract submission date. 

Certificates of Insurance, Exhibitor Drawings/Raffles Notification & Island Booth Floor Plans Due.
Exhibitors must maintain and provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) with the requirements outlined in Section 19 of the Exhibitor Contract Terms & Conditions/Rules & Regulations to Health Care Facilities Innovation Conference Show Management on or before this date. You can email your floor plan to [email protected].  

Pre-Show Attendee List Distributed 

Exhibitors will receive the Pre-Show Attendee List this week. The list contains the attendee name, designation, title, organization name, mailing address and demographic information for those who have opted to share their contact information with exhibitors and sponsors, along with attendee interest data and product or service interest data.

The Expo Group Discount Price Deadline 

This deadline is your last chance to take advantage of The Expo Group pricing discounts—order by this date to save on furniture/carpet rental, utilities and material handling. 

EAC Notification Deadline 

Exhibitors who intend to use an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) to set up/dismantle their booth must fill out an EAC Requirement Form by this date.  

Exhibitor Profiles Due 

This is the deadline date to enter your company listing into the Exhibitor Portal to be included in the mobile app launch. 

Advanced Warehouse Opens.
First date and time The Expo Group Freeman will begin receiving crated, boxed or skidded materials starting freight at the warehouse. The warehouse is open Monday – Friday from 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM. 

Exhibitor Move-In & Show-Site Freight Receiving Start

The Expo Group will begin receiving freight starting at 8:00 AM. 

Exhibitor Move-In Ends 

Exhibitor move-in ends at 4:30 PM.  Finishing touches only on Monday. 

Exhibit Hall Opening

Exhibitors are allowed into the Exhibit Hall at 7:00 AM for finishing touches. The exhibit hall opens at 9:45 AM. 

Exhibit Hall Closing & Exhibitor Move-Out Starts

The exhibit hall closes at 2:00 PM & exhibitor move-out starts. 

Exhibitor Move-Out Ends 

All carriers must be checked in to pick up freight by 10:00 AM. All exhibitor materials must be removed from the show floor by 12:00 PM.

Exhibitor Survey Due

Exhibitors who submit their survey by this date will receive a Post-Show Attendee List the week of March 24. The list contains the attendee name, designation, title, organization name, mailing address and demographic information for those who have opted to share their contact information with exhibitors and sponsors, along with attendee interest data and product or service interest data.
