Exhibitor Services Manual

The Exhibitor Services Manual will contain all of the information you need for your booth onsite including ordering furnishings, electrical and shipping information. The Expo Group is the general service contractor and the exclusive provider of these services for the 2026 PDC Summit. The Exhibitor Services Manual will be available in October 2025. 


Exhibitor Communications

Check back often for the latest communications from the ASHE Show Management Team. 

Exhibitor Registration 

Exhibitors are provided (3) complimentary Exhibit Hall badges and (1) complimentary Full Conference badge for the

first 100 sq. ft. of exhibit space purchased. Exhibitors are provided (4) additional complimentary Exhibit Hall badges

for every additional 100 sq. ft. of exhibit space purchased. Exhibitor Registration will open on October 1, 2025.

Exhibitor Housing

A special block of hotel rooms has been secured for attendees and exhibitors. Housing will be available October 1, 2025, to exhibitors. You must first register for an Exhibitor Booth Badge to receive the link to reserve housing.

Conference Agenda

The PDC Summit agenda will be available August 15, 2025.

Additional Costs

Your booth does not come with furnishings or electrical. It is required to have carpet or floor covering in your booth. The following are common items you may need for your booth and can be ordered through the Exhibitor Service Manual. These prices are based on 2025 prices and may increase for 2026. This is to be used as an estimate only.

Exhibitor Registration & Housing opens. 

Exhibitor Lunch Tickets are available for purchase in the Exhibitor Registration Portal.

Exhibit booth payment deadline. If you did not receive an invoice, please email [email protected].

February 6, 2026

Island booth floor plan layout submission due. Exhibitors with an island booth must email the drawings for approval to [email protected].

Exhibitor Certificate of Insurance (COI) due. Exhibitors are required to provide a COI. This can be emailed to [email protected].

Exhibitor Drawings/Raffles notification due. Email to [email protected].
