Need a place to meet your customers or with a prospect interested in learning more about your products and services? Contract one of our NEW ASHE Business Suites. Conveniently located inside the Exhibit Hall by the Discover Stage, these simi-private hard-walled meeting rooms will include the sponsoring company’s logo on the door facing the exhibit hall for maximum exposure. 

Business Suits are 100 sq. ft. hard-walled enclosed spaces with a door. It is furnished with a standard carpet, a small conference table, four (4) chairs and a wastebasket.  Each Business Suite includes three (3) Exhibit Hall Only Access badges for additional vendor personnel. Additional registrations may be purchased directly through the ASHE Registration Portal (cVent). 

Exhibitor/Sponsor is responsible for the coordination and cost for any additional or alternate furnishings, floor coverings, internet, or electrical/AV needs. Food and Beverage options are available and must be coordinated directly through ASHE.
