EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION HAS LAUNCHED!

The Registration Email will be sent by [email protected] with the subject line: Welcome to PDC Summit 2024 - Login into the Exhibitor Portal.  This email was sent to the Primary Contact listed on your exhibit contract. 


If a person other than the primary contact listed should be managing the registration process, the person may be added as a new user following the initial login by the primary contact.  The link provided for registration in each email is unique to each exhibitor/primary contact. 

Registration updates are made on a weekly basis, if you have secured space within the last week, please be aware of this timeline. Registration emails are typically sent out on Monday; please check your spam folders for the message. 


If you have trouble registering, ASHE encourages you to review our HOW TO REGISTER guide for step-by-step instructions. Your Sales and Events team does not have direct access to the Registration Portal. Please allow 48 hours or a 2 business day turnaround for follow-up to registration-specific questions. The team will have a few extra steps in gaining a potential answer to your question.

WHERE CAN EXHIBITORS REGISTER?

Exhibitor Primary Contacts will receive access to the Exhibitor Registration Portal in Cvent via an email to register themselves and/or their exhibit booth staff. The online registration system gives you the freedom to manage your company's badges and make any changes/additions you deem necessary on an ongoing basis. Please note that the online registration deadline date is DAY, MONTH DATE, 2024.

HOW MANY BADGES COME WITH MY BOOTH?

Exhibitors are provided (3) complimentary Exhibitor badges per (100) sq. ft. of exhibit space purchased, with a minimum of (3) badges per company. See the grid for badge allotment per booth square footage: 

100 sq. ft.  — (3) Complimentary Exhibit Hall Only Badges
200 sq. ft.  — (6) Complimentary Exhibit Hall Only Badges 

300 sq. ft.  — (9) Complimentary Exhibit Hall Only Badges
400 sq. ft.  — (12) Complimentary Exhibit Hall Only Badges 

600 sq. ft.  — (18) Complimentary Exhibit Hall Only Badges 
 

Exhibitors are provided (1) complimentary Exhibitor Full Conference badge for access to the exhibit hall and education sessions per (100) sq. ft. of exhibit space purchased.

Exhibiting company employees and guests can pick up their badges at the ASHE Registration counters beginning at X:XXAM on DAY, MONTH DATE, 2024

WHAT DOES MY BADGE GIVE ME ACCESS TO?

 Exhibit Hall Only badges are for exhibit staff that only need to access the hall (including exhibitor move-in and move-out. Exhibitor Full Conference badges are for exhibit booth staff who need to access the hall (including exhibitor move-in and move-out) and who want access to the education sessions and attend the lunches on Monday and Tuesday.


CAN I PURCHASE ADDITIONAL BADGES?

Yes, additional registrations may be purchased through your Exhibitor Registration Portal.

HOw do I make my housing reservations?

You must be a registered attendee to reserve a room. The hotel reservation link can only be found in your registration confirmation email. If you have registered but have not received your registration confirmation, please contact [email protected] for assistance. 

WHAT IS THE HOUSING DEADLINE?

A special block of hotel rooms has been secured for PDC 2024 attendees and exhibitors within walking distance of the convention center. The discounted group rates apply until the reservation deadline of February 21, 2024, or until all rooms in the group block have been reserved, whichever occurs first. After the cut-off date, the discounted group rates may not be available. We strongly encourage you to confirm your reservations early.

WHAT IF I AM CONTACTED BY SOMEONE OFFERING HOUSING?

ASHE is the official housing/travel provider for PDC 2024. Be aware that other companies may solicit you to book your hotel room or make travel arrangements. Such companies are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or approved by ASHE/AHA to provide travel arrangements for PDC Summit 2024. ASHE/AHA will not be responsible for any actions or omissions of such companies. By using the official travel provider, you can ensure that you are being booked in the housing block reserved by ASHE/AHA and take advantage of the group discounted rates.
