Share your expertise with attendees in an engaging 60-minute thought leadership session on Monday and/or Tuesday of the Live Event. CE available. Located outside the Breakfast Session rooms, a continental breakfast and coffee/beverage service will be available for attendees attending the sponsored sessions. Sponsors may enhance food and beverage offerings in assigned spaces for an additional fee. Sponsor will receive a scan report of attendees who attended the session post-event. Data may include but is not limited to Name, Email, Phone and Address.  

A digital voice recording of the session may be added for $1,500. 

**Sessions provide one (1) continuing education credit**

Speak directly to attendees and showcase your latest products and solutions from a theater in the Exhibit Hall. These interactive drop-in sessions run for 20 minutes and time slots and preferences are provided on a first-contracted basis. Seating, podium, laptop, speakers, and a monitor are provided. You must be an exhibitor to participate.

*Session information, including session name, speaker name/title/headshot, and session description, must be submitted to ASHE by the end of January 2025 in order to ensure enough time for ASHE to promote your session to attendees. 

Be a great host! Sponsor a Beer and Wine Bar near the sponsor booth during the Exhibit Hall Happy Hour on Monday, March 10, from 5:00-6:30 PM (PDT). 

Enhance the experience with a custom cocktail or specialty drink for up to 200 attendees that the sponsor may name!  (Increased investment starting at $2,500)

Sponsorship includes logo recognition at the bar and announcements in the exhibit hall.  Sponsors may purchase and scan attendee badges at their dedicated bar location for additional lead opportunities and attendee engagement. 

Draw traffic to your booth by hosting a fun snack station in your booth during Exhibit Hall hours. Available during Exhibit Hall Hours on Monday and Tuesday, along with Special Reception Stations Available. 

Snacks may only be purchased through ASHE and other catering orders will not be permitted.
