Inclusions:
Exhibitors are provided three (3) complimentary Exhibit Hall badges and one (1) complimentary Full Conference badge for the first 100 sq. ft. of exhibit space purchased. Exhibitors are provided four (4) additional complimentary Exhibit Hall badges for every additional 100 sq. ft. of exhibit space purchased.
Exhibitor Badge Allotment Policy
Each 10’x10’ booth includes one full conference exhibitor pass, with a maximum allotment of 10 full conference passes for a 20’x50’ (1,000 sq.ft.) booth. In addition, exhibitors will receive three exhibit hall–only passes for booths up to the 20’x50’ size.
For exhibitors exceeding 1,000 sq. ft. of space, each additional booth (100 sq.ft.) will be allotted four exhibit hall–only passes. Please note that exhibit hall–only badges do not include lunch tickets.
