Share your expertise with attendees in an engaging 60-minute thought leadership session on Monday and/or Tuesday of the Live Event. CE available. Located outside the Breakfast Session rooms, a continental breakfast and coffee/beverage service will be available for attendees attending the sponsored sessions. Sponsors may enhance food and beverage offerings in assigned spaces for an additional fee. Sponsor will receive a scan report of attendees who attended the session post-event. Data may include but is not limited to Name, Email, Phone and Address. 

Add on: A digital voice recording of the session may be added for $1,000

Host a 60-minute, private, invite-only focus group with a targeted audience of 15–20 qualified attendees. Sponsorship includes access to designated focus group room, AV, food & beverage, and an attendee incentive to support recruitment and engagement. 

Sponsors will provide a registration link, session title, topic, and speaker details, with the option to offer continuing education credits. ASHE will support promotion through up to three targeted recruitment emails, as well as inclusion in the official conference agenda, mobile app, and onsite signage.

These interactive drop-in sessions run for 30 minutes and time slots and preferences are provided on a first-contracted basis. Seating, podium, laptop, speakers, and a monitor are provided. You must be an exhibitor to participate.
