Exhibit Booth Rates

Inclusions:
- 10'x10' exhibit space (100 sq. ft.)
- Standard 8’ back drape, 3’ side drape, and ID sign
- Exhibitor badges - view Allotment Policy below
- Exhibit services (electrical, carpeting, furnishings) must be ordered separately
- A fee of $450 will be applicable for corner booths
- Post Show Attendee List with completion of the Exhibitor Survey
Exhibitor Badge Allotment Policy
Each 10’x10’ booth includes one full conference pass, with a maximum allotment of 10 full conference passes for a 20’x50’ (1,000 sq.ft.) booth. In addition, exhibitors will receive three exhibit hall–only passes for booths up to the 20’x50’ size.
For exhibitors exceeding 1,000 sq. ft. of space, each additional booth (100 sq.ft.) will be allotted four exhibit hall–only passes. Please note that exhibit hall–only badges do not include lunch tickets.
